Orders

Due to the hand crafted nature of some of the products, designs may vary slightly to the photographs shown.

All wires are either gold or silver plated unless stated otherwise.

Payment

Payments can be made either by credit/debit cards. If you wish to place an order and pay by cheque or postal order, please e-mail us so that we can arrange an invoice to be sent.

Goods will not be dispatched until full payment has been received, cheque payments need to clear before any goods are dispatched.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 28 days. We will contact you within 7 days if we are unable to deliver within 28 days and arrange new delivery times. If your order is urgent, please contact us beforehand to discuss your requirements.

Goods delivered within the UK will be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery. All postage costs quoted are for UK delivery only. We are happy to deliver outside the UK, please e-mail us for a quote.

We do not accept liability for orders not being received due to postal errors/loss or any other circumstances beyond our control. We accept no responsibility for any damage to goods once they have been dispatched.

Returns

If for any reason your goods reach you in an unsatisfactory condition, they must be returned to us within 7 days in the original packaging. A replacement will be sent out once the original goods have been received by us.
